The 1-Month Intensive

Get Off the Tools, Build the Crew, Fix Pricing & Systems

For builders and trade business owners who are tired of standing in the middle of every job just to keep it from going sideways, and who want to know what it is actually like to have a coach in your corner before committing to anything longer.

What we work on

  • Where the crew setup pulls you back. The specific points in your current team structure that drag you onto the tools, traced through the jobs you are running right now.
  • Who is doing what, and who is close. Who is actually covering what today, who is closest to being a lead, and what "lead" needs to mean in your business specifically.
  • Handing off so the crew grows. A hard look at how you are delegating now, so we can move from passing the problem down a level to developing the person taking it.
  • The pricing that is costing you. Pricing, positioning, and which category of work quietly loses money, so you stop winning bids that hurt you.
  • Changes tested on live jobs. Something changed on a job that is already running, so you find out what holds when you are not standing in the middle of it.

You get weekly calls plus text and email access between them, so you are not sitting on a problem alone until the next appointment. Most owners use the month as a sharp reset they can keep running with. Others use it as the starting point for ongoing coaching, where I stay in your corner as thought partner, accountability partner and confidant.

This is for you if…

  • You are still standing in the middle of every job to keep it on track.
  • Your crew calls you for decisions they could be making themselves.
  • You want to see how this feels before signing up for anything longer.

Owner Coaching

Off the Tools and In Control

For builders and trade business owners who want more than a fix for one job. You want a trusted partner in your corner as you grow.

Format Month-to-month
Access Weekly calls + text & email
Investment $750 / per month

What it includes

  • Weekly coaching check-ins. Or whatever cadence we agree makes sense for the stage the business is in.
  • Direct text and email access. Between sessions, for the questions and situations that do not wait for Thursday.
  • A coach who knows your business. Your crew, your jobs, your goals. Someone who keeps you pointed at the changes you said you wanted, once the busy season starts trying to bury them.

This is a long-term coaching relationship rather than a project contract. It keeps you from slipping back onto the tools as the default fix, builds leads and a crew who can run jobs without you, and puts pricing, positioning and systems in front of someone else before you decide. Because I keep the client list deliberately small, there is not always an opening.

This is for you if…

  • You want to stop slipping back onto the tools as the default fix.
  • You are building leads and a crew who can run jobs without you.
  • You would rather not make pricing and positioning calls in isolation.

A Note on Price

What You Are Paying For

Both are priced to reflect the level of access and the kind of work we do together. The month-long intensive is a serious investment in getting clear on how the business really runs and testing changes on live jobs.

The ongoing retainer is set lower on purpose. It is the steady-state rate for owners who want a coach in their corner as they keep building, rather than the concentrated push of a first month. It is not a discount, and you do not have to earn it by doing the intensive first.

If the number is the reason you are hesitating, say so on the fit call. I would rather have that conversation straight than have you talk yourself out of it quietly.

What People
Ask About Cost

Because business structures do not shift that fast. Two sessions would scratch the surface and leave you with notes. A month is long enough to see how the business actually runs, change something, and watch whether it holds on a live job. That is the only test that counts.
Weekly calls for the month, plus text and email access between them. There is no course, no workbook and no portal login. You get me, for a month.
No. Some owners take the month as a sharp reset and run with it on their own. That is a completely legitimate outcome and I will not chase you about it. Others decide they want a coach in their corner longer term. We make that call at the end, based on what actually happened during the month.
You can. Most owners start with the month because it is the quickest way for both of us to find out whether this works, and it gets the heavy lifting done early. But if you already know what you want from a coach and you would rather go straight into the monthly rhythm, say so on the fit call and we will sort it out there.
Something comes up on a Wednesday, you text me. I am not billing you in six-minute increments or telling you to save it for the call. Coaching hours run 6am to noon Pacific and I answer inside that window.
Because they are different jobs, not different sizes of the same one. The intensive is the build. A month of finding out how the business really runs, changing something, and testing it against the jobs you are already running. That work is front-loaded and it takes the most of my time. Ongoing coaching is keeping what you built and deciding what comes next. The heavy structural calls are behind you and the rhythm is steadier, so I price it to be an easy thing to keep rather than something you re-justify every quarter.
Deliberately few. I keep the list small so clients get focused time instead of leftover time, which means there is not always an opening. When there is not, I will tell you straight rather than put you in a queue and hope.
Then I say so on the free fit call, before any money changes hands. If what you need is a bookkeeper, an estimator, or an operations hire rather than a coach, that is a far more useful answer than an invoice from me.
